【記者柯安聰台北報導】六都會區分別公布3月「建物買賣移轉棟數」,六都交易量合計
為2萬860棟。與去年3月相比,六都建物買賣移轉棟數年減17.4%;其中台北市年減29.5%
,新北市年減13.5%,桃園市年減19.7%,台中市年減18.3%,台南市年減10.1%,高雄市年
減14.8%,六大都會區均量縮超過1成。
今年第1季六大都會區建物買賣移轉棟數,六都整體交易量合計為4萬9290棟,與去年同期
相比,年減24.1%,是自2019年來最低交易紀錄,是5年新低;其中台北市年減27.5%,新
北市年減24.5%,桃園市年減27.8%,台中市年減21.9%,台南市年減19.0%,高雄市年減
22.3%。
永慶房屋研展中心副理陳金萍表示,FED於3月升息1碼,國內央行也跟進升息半碼,房貸
利率正式突破2%大關,而景氣燈號續亮第4顆藍燈,加上兩岸關係不確定因素高,全球金
融市場也面臨銀行爆雷風險,經濟前景仍不明朗,今年房市變數多,不能過度樂觀期待。
在經濟前景多空未明的狀況下,房價難有上漲的理由,但全球通膨仍未明顯緩和,房價要
