車禍理賠問題(我闖紅燈) - 保險

前天騎車在環中路出了小車禍
因為環中路有分下交流道跟慢車道的交通號誌
我看成綠燈所以直行被右轉的轎車撞到
人沒什麼事就是一些皮肉傷
可是車好像需要修，現在估價還沒出來
對方沒什麼事，好像也沒有想要我賠償的意思
想問一下，因為是我自己闖紅燈造成的事故
這樣還能申請什麼理賠嗎？
意外險跟強制險還有學生平安保險可以賠嗎？
然後車行說會跟對方的保險公司聯絡，有可能得到修車的理賠嗎？
我自己也有保意外險，機車媽媽有保駕駛人險，也可以申請嗎？
