車禍-請問業務員有必要與對方聯繫? - 保險

小弟上個月18號發生車禍
有保國X的產險
目前已在7/3申請肇責
但是今天接到電話
1.業務員問我是不是有去申請肇責，我說有
他說，那申請完拿到跟他說一下
Q:這是我該做的嘛? 這是否是業務員的工作?
2.對方現在卡在要修車還是要報廢
因為金額差距有點模糊，且肇責還沒出來
對方多次聯繫我的保險業務員都沒接電話也沒回
這兩天直接打來給我口氣很差，我也覺得很煩
Q:保險業務員是否有必要回應對方狀況，
甚至代替我與對方處理事宜或情緒?
以上幾點想跟各位請教一下
對方很急著想要車子快點修，業務員不接電話讓人感覺很差
我不知道車禍處理的保險業務員職責應該要到哪種程度
