慢慢買入
策略就是有更便宜就是買
往上也買
因為看好美國這次大暴動帶來的大量房屋損壞
再加上疫情之下很多人沒辦法修房子
這兩三個月很多房子可能都有漏水花園雜草很多
正常的美國人是不會允許居住環境變差的
估計會有成千上萬的人跑去裝修房子
還有黑人大暴動
引起的有色人種破壞當地社區建築物的案子會越來越多
於是人們會去大賣場建築大賣場買一些警報器呀 一些防護的建築產品
NAIL
怎麼說呢就是大量災害後建築物的修補市場 但是也不太適合短期
下週我會開始慢慢進場千萬不要一次梭哈一次梭哈絕對悲劇
