請教渣打e$aver的利率問題 - 銀行

最近才在板上知道渣打的e$aver無摺帳戶，
2.38%的年利率比HSBC Direct還要高出許多，
我在置底的文章有看到，
「e$aver無摺帳戶目前活存利率2.38%(到2009/2/28,之後恢復成0.225%)」，
去渣打官網看查看e$aver的文章只說明，
「※本帳戶之2.38%優惠年利率提供期間為2008年12月1日至2009年2月28日止。
上述期間後本帳戶之牌告年利率，將依市場水準機動調整之，
並公告於營業場所或本行網站。 」
想確認從3月1日之後是不是如置底的文章所說的0.225%還是其他的喔？
