請教有點複雜的財產交易所得問題 - 稅務

房屋買賣需要交財產交易所得 除非在二年內重購更貴的房子
假設
某甲有一自用住宅A, 其後又買了一棟住宅B, 有登記名字但未入戶籍,
賣掉B後賺50萬, 接著購入一店面C, 打算出租, C比B貴, 請問這樣能
抵扣財產交易所得嗎? 或者在什麼樣的情況下可以抵扣呢???
