請教一個問題 - 所得稅

小弟去年六月大學畢業，今年要報所得稅
我去年一月還有一個月的打工。

我姐想要利用我去年前半年還是學生的身份申報
所以我去年一月份的打工所得要給她申報嗎？

還是我得要自己申報？

又，家中父母未滿60歲，有謀生能力，但無收入
是否可以申報撫養？
