各位大大，這有點算是數學題
不考慮利率改變，也不考慮通膨，
假設我願意借一個朋友1000萬
讓他分20年每月還款
假設年息為1.2%，
可知他每個月要還我46,887元
如果他把這一千萬拿去定存，
年利率1.3%
這樣他有獲利的空間嗎?
我算出來20年後他可以賺124,093元
請問這樣正確嗎?

還有，我有1千萬，放在年利率1.3%的位置
採每月計息
只是每個月要還46,887元
20年後我的淨資產為124,093元
請問有EXCEL比較快的算法嘛?
最近被這問題搞昏了@@
