聯絡負責人,愛理不理,約好時間找不到人...
過了一小時還說我剛剛在騎車...所以沒聯絡...讓我乾等半小時....
最後才隨便傳一封簡訊道歉....
其實是之前就請他要處理保單,但一直等無消息,才又透過客服找到他電話,
沒想到他竟沒有抱歉,還說如果要解約可以自行去窗口辦理....
後來他好像有點悔意,所要要幫我們辦解約,但由於他之前的不理采,
讓我的解約金少了快兩千元,實在很不爽了...現在又放鴿子....
一氣之下打給客服人員...希望找主管來申訴...沒想到都過一天了...
沒有主管來電聯絡關心....我是想說不如找人幫忙去窗口辦解約好了...
但實在很嚥不下這口氣...是富邦的....之前也po文過...實在是想請專家幫忙才po這...
不恰當的話請見諒...
後來有人說可以去金管局申訴....但這種小事件可以嗎???
但這些保險人員的服務品質和態度...實在很讓人不爽...
