請問有關牙周手術理賠 - 保險

本身是保新光人壽的壽險，
最近因為牙根外露很嚴重的問題，
去動了自費牙周翻瓣合併牙齦覆蓋手術，
術後也請醫師開了診斷書，
結果詢問我的保險專員，
被告知，目前我的保單項目內無此理賠品項，
而且現今很少有針對牙齒手術或是牙齦手術的理賠，
不知道版上有沒有先進知道，
是否有針對牙齒或牙齦方面理賠的保單?
