請問找保經投保的大家 - 保單

我也想請問這個問題
我碰到的是網路上找的保經
一開始是問問題很熱心的站內信回答
一來一往幾次覺得很專業又有耐心
所以就麻煩他處理後續
結果保完之後態度就很冷淡.....
問他問題也愛理不理的
可是該保經公司有不成文規定
一但找了哪位服務專員後就不能換
為什麼會這樣啊?
我就不喜歡他了啊.....請問該怎麼辦??

會認為不能換的原因是
最初我們在該保經跟認識的A保,不過A後來離職了保單轉給B(不認識)
B做的哩哩啦啦加上搬家到別縣市....
後來生小孩後自己上網問問題,接到C的熱情站內信回覆
最後就請C來承作小孩 (也想順便把大人的專員也轉為C)
結果C說公司有規定不能換服務專員 (所以大人不能換專員)
小孩部分要保人是既有客戶,被保人是新客戶這個他不確定要回去問
最後是說可以,所以小孩的專員就是C (大人的專員還是B)
這就是為什麼我一直以為不能換的關係
能換的話我也不想一個家庭有兩個業務啊~~!!
