請問土銀兩個問題 - 銀行

小妹我前幾天去土銀 因為這個戶頭對我來說暫時用不到 想全部都領出來
但行員說若提到零存款就要銷戶 我說我又不銷戶 這個戶頭以後還可以用啊
其他銀行也沒這些莫名其妙的狀況 只有你們土銀才有嗎?
因為一直在那邊盧很麻煩
最後我就湊個數存進去 然後用atm全領出來了 atm也沒說你的帳戶會自爆
所以在櫃檯領到零存款就一定得銷戶嗎? 還是只是行員為了個人的方便晃點我?
另外 土銀的網銀定存是不是沒有存本(每月)取息的設定啊?
