請問刷淘寶 V M J 組織的選擇 - 信用卡

因為業務需求
有在淘寶購物的習慣
我知道部份網友可能會
推薦用玉山帳戶扣款
手續費較低
但有時候不得已帳號金額不夠
需要刷卡輔助
我想請問在辦卡的時候
組織的選擇是不是以master優先（因為聽說退款會退手續費）
那如果該卡沒有m這個組織
只有v跟j
海外刷卡是不是還是要挑j呢
因為v好像不退手續費且匯率不一定好？
主要是在組織上的選擇
我另外有看到元大愛金卡刷淘寶有3％優惠
這是目前最優惠的嗎？
