不好意思 排了文看了一堆DCC還是不知道怎樣避免
想要請教 如果是去港澳 用花旗紅利白金卡刷卡 "指定刷台幣"
是不是就不需要手續費? 而費用就是以當天的匯率結算出的台幣計價?
