In market microstructure, there are two kinds of traders in financial market.

One is informed traders who acquire private information in some ways, another

is uninformed traders who have no private information and are trading for

liquidity. Hence, uninformed traders are so called liquidity traders in some

cases (papers).



In my opinion, the definition of uninformed traders is traders who have no

private information.
