証交所從十月起取消1G高頻寬服務,凱基台北日交易量瞬間萎縮,據CMoney資料顯示,上
週日平均交易量只剩116億元,比先前少了2成多。

〔財經頻道/綜合報導〕台灣証券交易所在上週一(10月5日)暫停1G頻寬服務,所有券
商下單傳輸全數回到100M。
先前市場唯一申請1G頻寬的凱基証券台北分公司(簡稱凱基台北),在証交所停止高頻
寬服務後,交易量銳減,據CMoney資料顯示,上週四天的日平均交易量只剩116億元,比
先前少了2成多。
凱基台北主要客戶雖然一直以外資為主,不過,今年隨著外資撤台,將單轉下到凱基台
北,讓其交易量快速飆升,根據交易所調查,6月該分公司的日平均成交量只有98億元,
不過,7月則暴增至137億元,8月更在凱基台北啟用1G高頻交易,成交量突破150億元,來
到151億元,9月則持續維持在150億元左右的高水平。
在傳輸速率不等的情況下,證券業市佔一夕之間發生巨大變化,凱基證券竟然可以靠單一
家台北分公司的成交量,贏過一直穩居券商市佔率排行榜前5大的永豐金證與富邦證全國
總成交量,甚至在8月底,凱基證市佔一舉超越元大證券,坐上證券經紀業龍頭。
眼看外資把台股當提款機,而一般投資人只有被宰的份,且隨著交易基礎不平等,業者擔
憂在惡性循環下,將加速「大鯨魚,吞食小蝦米」的局面,引發業者對於交易所所提供的
「主機共置」新服務有獨厚不平之的抗議,也引起金管會關切,要求証期局徹查了解,經
多日研議後,決議交易所從十月起停止1G高頻寬服務。
交易所1G高頻寬服務取消的首日,也就是10月5日,凱基台北單日成交量尚還有129億元,
隔日則降到120億元,第3天再進一步萎縮,只剩116億,至於上週最後1個交易日,則隨著
台股大漲,交易量放大到2000億元以上,凱基台北成交量也跟著回升,但也只有131億元
,比之前日均量約150億元已明顯衰退。
凱基證券對此表示,台北分公司今年4月至7月市佔率及成交量即已明顯上升。在8、9、10
月市佔率並無明顯變化。 10月份大盤成交量變動,凱基證券台北分公司的成交量與大盤
同步變動。
對於交易所先暫時取消1G服務,業者皆鬆一口氣,至少大券商可以暫時不必擔心,大戶客
被搶走,而中小型券商也可持續深耕自己的客戶,不必時時刻刻擔心被併購的問題。
