街口綁定中信ANA聯名卡 無法3D驗證 - 行動支付

各位大大好，想請問有沒有人遇到一樣的問題，
小弟昨天第一次使用街口，綁定中信ANA聯名卡 JCB，一切原本都很順利，
直到出現下圖狀況(未經發卡行信用卡3D驗證服務流程，無法使用此卡片交易)

綁定途中確實沒有要我輸入OTP 3D驗證碼
不過有收到簡訊，試刷2元有刷成功

嘗試綁定中信秀泰聯名JCB及現金回饋鈦金Master
都可以進到3D驗證畫面，也綁定成功

打給中信客服，回覆信用卡各功能皆正常...
請問各位大大有遇過這種狀況嗎？
我的ANA聯名卡跟街口無緣了嗎QQ
