今天去銀行幫朋友跑腿繳學貸
結果行員只找我零錢9元 卻少找我800元(!)
我錯在不是借款人所以以為那是利息，是回家後看收據拿計算機一算怎麼都不對
當下很慌張，想說不知道要怎麼跟銀行要回來。
爬文看到有人問過銀行多收錢怎麼辦?推文說行員多收錢也會很困擾
因為要抓帳抓很久。
我知道銀行發現少收絕對會想辦法追到當事人(應該會調錄影畫面)
不知道銀行多收錢也是一樣的態度處理嗎?(追到當事人返還)
最近才有新聞說ATM少吐鈔卻沒錄影可證明
去年11月也有新聞

結果裡面說沒有錄影機 沒畫面可看
結局是我打電話過去，轉接承辦的行員他馬上承認少找錢，我也順利拿回800元。
只是還是想知道，如果行員也不記得，可以怎麼處理?這樣有權請他們調錄影嗎?
最近春節快到銀行又超忙，所以大家還是不要跟我一樣，
無論如何 都要算清楚再離開。
