蔡英文喊話「大家都在同艘船上」：防疫超前部署不需過度焦慮
為因應全球新冠肺炎疫情的變化，總統蔡英文18日於臉書上表示，會以
保護國人的健康為第一優先，早上中央流行疫情指揮中心已經宣布，
明天（19日）凌晨0時開始，全面提高國境管制及防疫措施的標準。
首先規定，非本國籍人士，除非持有居留證、外交公務等證明，否則一律限制
入境；其次，所有入境人士，一律居家檢疫14天；
最後，在3月5日至14日期間，從歐洲入境者，全面回溯採檢並居家檢疫。
蔡英文表示，這幾天新增的病例都是境外移入，國內社區感染的
風險會不會因此增加，政府也正在密切追蹤、管控當中，
「我要再次拜託大家，不論你是台灣人，或在台灣的外國人，面對疫情
，我們都在同一艘船上。台灣的防疫依然是超前部署
，不需過度焦慮，只要我們互相配合，落實防疫措施，就一定可以通過疫情的考驗。」
