華南旅鑽買機票被擋?? - 信用卡

這兩天以華南旅鑽卡在澳航(QANTAS)網站刷卡以紐幣買機票

所有步驟都很順利

航班也都有空位

惟獨最後要刷卡結帳時卻出現error message:

"We are having difficulty with the credit card details
provided. Please validate the credit card information in your profile and try
again. (4620)".

一直要我重填卡號

我已重填不知多少遍

卻總是出現相同的error message...



這張卡今年七月才核卡

目前刷了一萬多元

也按期繳卡費

打電話給華南客服

對方確認我的卡沒問題，額度還很足夠

打電話問航空公司

對方又要我找發卡銀行



旅鑽是我手上目前唯一的信用卡

當初是考量保險與刷外幣優惠才辦這張卡

事到臨頭卻出現這種狀況...

有人遇過這種問題嗎?
