花旗銀行把我的英文名字搞錯了 - 信用卡

前幾天刷卡時，發現簽單上顯示的英文姓名和我本身的英文姓名有所出入，想問版上大大們有何解決之道。
舉個例子來說明一下，
中文姓名：王大明
英文姓名（留在申請書上的樣式）：DA MING WANG
英文姓名（印在卡片上的樣式）：DA MING WANG
結果，出現在簽單上的英文名字卻變成這樣子：MING WANG DA
姓名順序完全錯了！
我有致電花旗，但客服也只是幫我把這case轉介給相關單位。
想請問各位大大有遇過這樣的事情嗎？該如何解決？
還有，各位大大在留英文名字給銀行時，是先寫姓（WANG DA MING），還是先寫名（DA MING WANG）呢？
我所持有的各家銀行visa金融卡、信用卡都是先寫名（DA MING WANG），在簽單上show出來的英文名字也無問題（DA MING WANG），不知道花旗是不是會「好心」的幫客戶改變英文名字的順序？
