花旗透明卡之主動來電升額度 - 信用卡

事情大概發生在上周一還二早上，接到一通沒看過的號碼，對方表示為花旗銀行專員
代碼ｘｘｘｘｘ，因我為花旗VIP什麼什麼客戶(名稱很長)，故詢問是否願意調升信用卡
額度，當下覺得是詐騙集團回絕了，專員又說了些話再次詢問並表示不用提供財力證明...
這邊先說明我花旗信用卡使用狀況： 卡別：透明卡VISA 一張
額度：三萬
使用時間：約一年
主要消費：加油，繳電話費
近三個月因花旗活動關係都刷到10K，帳務每月繳清，至今有四次遲繳，覺得遲繳那麼多
次不太可能被告知調高額度，回絕後又覺得若是真的我豈不虧大，故專員問第二次時我答
應了（ＯＳ：若要轉帳或提供完整個資，我就掛電話）。
專員先跟我確認持有卡號後末四碼，聽完語音聲明書並選擇按一、確定(這裡超大聲)
或二、不確定，再來是確認自述身分證字號前五碼，最後自己或請專員幫忙輸入要調
升的額度（我是升到75K）；額度會在下期帳單顯示，今天上網查詢，可使用額度部分已調
整為75k，好險第二次有答應(呼~)。
