意思是說，以後即時查即時繳也沒有1％回饋了是嗎？

自民國104年1月5日起，花旗透明卡持卡人下列消費項目將不計入當期帳單新增一般
消費計算現金回饋比例：所有信用卡預借現金及分期付款產品、各項稅款(含綜所稅
、房屋稅等)、代扣繳各項公用事業費用(含水費、電費、瓦斯/天然氣費及中華電信
各項費用等)及電信費用、透過「花旗卡好繳」及「花旗即時查即時繳」平台之各項
繳款、公路監理資費(臺北市汽車燃料費、交通罰鍰等)、學雜費、基金扣繳、循環信
用利息、各式手續費、逾期滯納金、旅行支票、賭博籌碼、年費及其他未經核准的
消費。但您於所有國內電信業者行動通話費及使用「花旗即時查即時繳」網路服務之
消費，仍可享有當期現金紅利回饋。
註1: 花旗超級紅利回饋卡「戀家族」之持卡人於國內公用事業費(國內之電費、水費、瓦
斯/天然氣費)
與國內教育/補習費(國內之補習班、學費) 之消費，仍可享有紅利回饋。
