花旗、澳盛、匯豐的自動轉帳？ - 信用卡

請問一下，
我手邊的卡有花旗、澳盛、匯豐，
想由同一個銀行帳戶自動轉帳繳費，
查了網站，還是不知道，到底這些卡在哪些銀行可以自動轉帳.....
我知道郵局萬能，
但就是因為郵局太好用了，
我平常都拿來其他用途，
例如網路購物，賣家通常都有郵局帳戶，轉帳免手續費、、等等。
想另外開個戶頭，專門扣款的，
目前想到比較方便的是「兆豐銀行」，
但不知道這幾張卡可以在兆豐自動轉帳嗎？
