花旗Y購84折刷卡金疑問 - 信用卡

今天登花旗看網銀9月Y購的刷卡金入帳了
因當月有登錄yahoo滿額筆筆送1.5%刷卡金活動跟84折當天送5%活動
結果發現有ㄧ筆約6000多的消費在84折當天刷卡（12:00我也準時上去登錄）還是以1.5%算給我
先問yahoo他說查到我確實有登錄但是否在前100名要問花旗..
後來打去花旗客服問，客服算了很久也發現那筆是用1.5%算
ㄧ直問我有登錄在100名內嗎？但奇摩網頁不會顯示名額啊..
我11:59分就開始刷網頁..應該是12:00:xx秒就登錄成功了..難不成100名真的有可能秒殺嗎？
客服說只能在幫我問活動單位在回我
想問問如真的算錯拿回差額的機會大嗎？有人已經順利拿到y購84折的5趴刷卡金了嗎？
如果真的是超額..難不成以後要12:00:01-02秒登錄成功才有機會搶在100名內嗎QQ
