小弟近期減碼阿發
考量市場後續發展,提早再配置一戶住宅

(上個月續約租令,長住三年的房客直接表明今年也想進場買房子,嚇死寶寶了,趕緊再買一戶壓壓驚QQ)
我是選擇目標區域市場上最低總價的那戶(有追價才買得到) 旁邊總價次高於我的,也是不到兩週被帶走...
總知在這波浪潮下,有預算的可考量進場,沒預算的營建股自行評估啦
小弟剩下的張數不多,繼續抱好1+1

另外阿發哥九月初又在桃園獵地了
似乎聞到了區域性中大坪數的換屋需求
究竟總價3-4千萬的產品,在桃園會有什麼表現,我們拭目以待~
