小妹用程式交易自己trade，賺了一些錢
剛好有個朋友在自營部，看過小妹績效後，想找我去那邊試試看
但他說自己的戶頭必須銷戶，最好也不要用98戶trade
二等親也要一起銷戶
可是這跟小妹查到的好像有點出入
難道自己家人有在trade，也要請他們銷戶並且不要再做單嗎?
朋友說這要問稽核，可是我都還沒進公司，根本不認識稽核啊，是要怎麼問....
想請教大家，這方面的規範跟實務運作是如何進行?
