個人有好幾間銀行的卡片
剛出社會也做過信用卡客服
基本上沒遇過聯邦這麼爛的
一開始會辦聯邦是去全聯買東西
遇到卡推,卡推請我幫忙
我想說他們也是辛苦就跟他辦了
辦的是line點卡,不過我當時有再三強調
我不要一卡通、悠遊卡功能,有的話就不要辦了
(我也沒詳閱辦卡單,主要是身上卡片太多這種功能的卡,能不要就不要
其實他老實跟我說,這個卡一定會附也就算了
沒想到收到卡片之後,還是有一卡通
我就打給那個卡推說,我不是跟你說我不要有這個功能
我都再三強調了,怎麼還是有
那個卡推就不太耐煩的跟我說:先生,我是跟你說首刷不一定要用這個功能,而且這張卡一定會綁一卡通
第一、首刷基本上一卡通儲值不會算首刷額
第二、我再三強調了,你也跟我說不會有一卡通,現在跟我扯是首刷不用用一卡通會不會差太多
於是打去客服剪卡,我也懶得跟他抱怨那個業務了,反正也沒用,而且我以前做過的信用卡客服剪卡沒有挽留成功也要扣分,所以我其實也對客服很拍謝,客服可能聽到要剪卡,心情也不是很美麗,口氣聽的出來不太愉悅,不過也沒有挽留,重點是剪卡完,我說謝謝辛苦您了,就被蹦一聲,掛電話了,至少我在銀行學到的是客人沒掛電話之前,客服是不能掛的吧,還是每間銀行不一樣!?而且掛那麼大力是掛給我聽的吧
原本想打去客訴的,算了,我這輩子也不會跟這間銀行往來,覺得聯邦不管是卡推或是客服素質都要加強啊,單純分享,假如覺得我奧客也可以噓我,我也只是純粹想說讓人賺個業績,沒想到遇到這些鳥事,我也很無奈。
