家裡傳來訊息收到聯邦銀行信件
內容是信用卡暨支付金融處客戶審查資料
要求填寫資料並附上身分證影本七天內寄回，並說這是政府規定
最後說明如果未在期限內提交相關文件，聯邦銀行將終止信用卡服務。
我是第一次收到這種東西，其他銀行信用卡都沒這樣要求，
為什麼只有聯邦這樣要求?而且還限期不然停止信用卡服務。
這文件很像銀行網銀登入會要求填寫更新個人資料，就APP或者網路上填寫即可，
怎麼聯邦銀行還搞個紙本要寄回。
