聯上發近期需特別注意大股東倒貨，根據我追查的結果，元大-大統沒意外是基進建設的分點，扣除昨天賣出的，手上至少還有14300張。
而昨天的賣法，價格區間帶從原來的10.5-11已經往下到10元，短期如果沒有強力買盤介入，以大股東的倒法，短期往下的機率很高。
大股東手上的股數太多，佔了總流通的5-6%，市場要消化這些數量，需要較長的一段時間，如果持續在10元賣出，短期要向上的壓力會很大，通常股價比較難有較好的表現。
聯上發接下來可能要等到大股東的賣壓消化的差不多，或是明年Q1建案認列，才會有比較好的表現。
至於5月的營收，來自於餘屋聯上涵玥的售出，據消息來源，出售金額不到2億，108年帳上成本為1.35億，預估可能的毛利在6-7000萬左右，單戶可貢獻的eps約在0.1-0.15元區間。
