Tesla目前優勢相較於傳統車廠有哪些?
1. EV由Tesla帶起浪潮之前,幾乎只有Tesla是針對EV去設計整個平台
早期EV都是用燃油車的平台"順便做"出來,所以其實空間的利用性很差
底盤也沒辦法發揮電池重量配置的優勢,因此就真的只是附屬品
2. Tesla針對美國做出很好的配套方案,甚至開始蠶食部分的能源市場去增加經濟性
3. Tesla其實不太鳥UAW (United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement
Workers of America),UAW這個組織從政治、利益到金錢鳩葛複雜程度超越黑幫
至於UAW做過哪些好事? Detroit的毀滅我想UAW絕對是最大主因之一
4. Tesla採取大量自動化的概念,此外薪資結構也比較像是科技業路線,因此被UAW視為
眼中釘,要知道UAW會費來源自成員的薪水比例,從上游零件到下游車廠組裝,整個
產業都是UAW的勢力範圍,今天Tesla走這種路線已經超出UAW可以掌控的範圍太多,
優點就是沒有UAW去扯成本後腿,缺點就是UAW沒事就會放假消息Tesla剝削
(UAW本身應該算是工會權力過大的一個最佳教材,Musk會恨他們不是沒有原因的......
當初UAW在加州把Fremont NUMMI (GM+Toyota)這個廠搞爆造成大量失業,是Tesla去扛的)
5. Elon Musk個人魅力帶來的現金周轉能力強到不可思議,這種負債比在傳統汽車產業中
根本不可能發生,但Elon Musk就是有辦法在量產卡關的時候還能用極低的成本去擴張
資產,當然很多人會說Elon Musk是神棍、是騙徒、名過於實,但他同時創造了Space X
這個創造人人可送衛星上軌道的低成本回收商業模式,你看過回收的影片就知道.....
連NASA都做不出來的東西,在我看來他是當代最強的創業+科學綜合體不為過
6. 其實OTA什麼的那個遲早都會被抄走的,其他車廠在人因工程上面的底子更深,但Tesla
一直在做更激進的整合,大規模數位化、家用能源配套,接著大概就是串Starlink去做
聯網化的駕駛,Starlink目前latency押在10ms~25ms,5G大概平均是10ms,4G為50ms
可是5G的基礎建設就算在城市內要完成100%覆蓋也是一大挑戰,Starlink對有Space X
的Elon Musk來說應該簡單很多
7. 中國在汽車產業上想要彎道超車,因此運用大量政策去推行新能源載具市場,讓Tesla
在美國市場外得到另外一具加速引擎....
至於提到什麼部件、後勤...等 其實Tesla現在是很省沒錯
美國的同事開了八萬多公里只去換過輪胎沒進過Tesla保養廠
不過Tesla車價就算在美國市場還是比起日系平民車高了一截
Tesla在美國的實用性是非常高的,尤其是加州油價不便宜
假如在台灣,有個人車位+充電(現在新建案幾乎標配了)其實拿來通勤也很省
而組裝品質這種東西還需要大量時間和產量去修正
至於FCV......日本和產油區域自己內部玩一玩就好,你們有想過氫氣來源和運送嗎?
