帳單出來 台幣7833 匯率等於32.2!!!!!
看看台銀告牌匯率 過去三個月最高也只有到 30.42
你以為這是手續費使然嘛～ ＮＯＮＯ
手續費列在第二行 148塊！
美國運通的匯率到底怎麼算的阿！？！？！！？！？！？
