美國退稅問題 - 理財

最近小弟收到IRS記來一封信 內容為
We received your Dec. 31,2013, federal income tax return ,
but we need more information to process it.Please sendus this letter
with your reply within 30 days from the date of this letter.

To support the amount of withholding on line 62d, Form 1040NR,
submit:
-Form W-2,Wage and Tax Statement
-Form 1042-S,Forreign Person's U.S. Source Income Subject to Withholding

-For 8805, Foreign Partner's information Statement of Section 1446
Withholding Tax
-Form 8288-A,Statement of Withholding on dispositions by Foreign Persons
of U.S. Real Property Interests
-Any other U.S. withholding document

是我寄出資料有誤嗎?
不然怎還有問題
TD說請在30天內回覆它
他意思要再寄這些資料才能退稅嗎??

而且他最後有說
If we don't hear from you, we may have to increase thetax you owe or
reduce your refund.

有誰遇過此情形，可幫我解惑嗎?
