美國現今的經濟狀況 - 經濟

昨天正好聽陳旭昇老師提到 Lucas critique, 據 wikipedia 的說法
( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucas_critique ), Lucas 指出:

...Because the parameters of those models (estimated system of equation
models) were not structural – that is, not policy-invariant – they would
necessarily change whenever policy – the rules of the game – was changed.
Any policy advice would then be potentially misleading.

我個人的想法是, 減稅是否會刺激美國消費, 其實也沒有一定. 如果你真的有心於
這個議題的話, 可以參考例如 Reserve Bank of New Zealand 的 forecasting
and policy system (FRS), 透過 calibration 的方法, 建構一個不同於 Lucas
所批評的 large-scale econometric models 的模型, 來估計減稅的可能影響.

當然, 不管是寫報告的大學生或市場投資人都不會這樣做. 一般簡單的做法, 是觀察
美國過去幾十年的歷次加稅和減稅, 分析每一次政策的結果與成效, 大概也可以得到
一些有趣的結果.

: 希望人民有更多的錢在口袋，進一步提升購買能力
: 但是將錢放回人民的口袋裡，並不代表人民一定會花錢
: 若是我寧願選擇將錢存起來，自己能安心之外，銀行裡的錢也能讓各大公司周轉
