美國專利侵權與否是否限於故意或過失!? - 專利

各位前輩大家好，
想請問各位，我國法實務以及通說大多認為專利侵權與一般侵權行為無異，因此
須以故意過失為限，但是此種討論，似乎在美國侵權上被討論者不多(當然也可能
，我涉獵還不夠多)，因此想請問是否美國法如同我國一般之認定呢!?
亦或是美國係以類似我國「保護他人法律」為推定過失的型態，或者，只要是客觀
上具備侵權之事實即已足，而不需考慮主觀之要件呢?!
或是有哪些美國的案子有涉及此類爭點，假使各位前輩知悉，也煩請再告訴我，
