大家好 此不知道此問題是否可發言此版 如有不妥請告知

我父親有筆信用卡費 41115於今天到期 突然打電話給我叫我要繳= =
目前身上有繳款單 合作金庫的 但我人不方便出門
所以我用了讀卡機想要轉到父親的帳戶要代扣(父親信用卡有申請自動代扣)
但顯示超過上限 那我該怎麼幫他繳這筆款項? 全國繳費網? 還是?
另外我是不是在今天12點前完成繳款就不算逾期呢?
