最近家人參加旅行 由於是刷卡 旅行社不在當地
所以使用簽單授權 就是把信用卡一些資料 包含(卡片後3碼資料)
填寫簽名 回傳 結果...被旅行社刷了一堆莫名奇妙的金額
除了當初的團費 還多了一些掛其他旅行社的費用....
多了2~3萬 問當初的旅行社 說要查 ㄧ查查了一禮拜還再查
打去玉山客服問....調記錄要ㄧ個月..請我們和旅行社先Confirm ..=.="
問說刷卡沒有任何認證機制嗎...
回答是說:只要有信用卡資料..這種屬於人工授權
"採信賴原則" 銀行不會再核對........資料無誤就ok......
我ㄧ直以為會回傳授權書給銀行留存.....結果是沒有低...
所以...提醒大家 還是不要用紙本授權...出事真的只能靠自己...
如果有人狠一點....你就欲哭無累了....
.......剛剛把卡停了 只可惜了裡面1萬多的紅利點數......
