租房報稅問題 - 稅務

想請問一下,
如果租賃契約上寫著若需繳稅,稅金由承租方負責,
但是現在已經超過租屋期限~也已退房完成,
若想去報稅的話,會有什麼問題呢?
例如房東討上門來OR其他小弟一時想不到的紛爭?
因為我看置底文後仍不太清楚,故來請教一下
(3.跟房東的租屋契約約好了不能報稅,或者報稅增加的稅負要由房客負擔,合理嗎?
Ans:依法仍然是可以報稅的,稅負也應由房東負擔,但房東因此漲房租卻也無可厚非。)
因為我已經退房完成~租金也早已繳清,如果此時報稅是否可行呢?
