我親戚的卡在2016年8月被盜刷兩次
8月初在紐約買營養室？？（從沒去過紐約）
8月底在pay pales 上買了一個快3000塊的東西 （我親戚pay pale密碼早就忘了...）
而且它是寫pay pales不是pay pale
結果1月中回台刷存摺才發現有這兩筆不是我消費的
說超過兩個月無法查叫我去報案
請問去報案會有用嗎?
現在要如何追回我親戚的款項？？？？
