某家我有往來的銀行，有些存款、信用卡主要都刷他的
因為某些原因覺得自身權益受損，先致電銀行專線反映
"您的意見我會轉達內部"，想也知道這句話的意思
於是我直接打給金管會申訴，被迫留下真實姓名、身分證和電話
過幾天，自稱該銀行高層主管打來說他接獲我申訴案，說會改進
但搞了半天終究還是摸摸頭而已，根本沒改善....
由於這家銀行提供的業務符合我需求，所以我還是想持續有良性往來
不過我會不會因為曾經申訴過，在檔案上留下什麼不良紀錄?
未來申辦其他服務、產品，會不會因此而為難或遭拒?
或其他負面後果......?
我還是很氣不過申訴的事項未改善，但不知道要不要再繼續爭取?
如果為了一根草毀了整座森林，實在是划不來啊..
