不可能有建商找你,因為改建之後的建築是,巷寬乘以1.5+6
這是建築高度,若是六米巷,6*1.5+6 = 15 米
換句話說五樓拆掉蓋五樓,建商不可能找你都更。
所以都更一定要面臨大馬路才有高樓層。
第三. 分開定存,果然好,一年賺1.2%。 我當投資客,我習慣一年賺 50%
我希望大家都把錢拿去定存,好讓我當投資客,賺更多錢,
所以大家都去定存吧 !
