玉山開戶不能領一般金融卡嗎 - 銀行

今天到玉山銀行開戶 台幣外幣一起開
選金融卡的時候 行員說 只能選visa金融卡
但我已有信用卡 只想要單純金融卡就好
行員跟我說 不行 那現在只發給未成年
我當下想說 好吧 那就visa金融
回家後 覺得怪怪的 打電話去客服問
客服說還是有一般金融卡
如果這家分行不給我的話 可以去別家換發
但要100元手續費
這是不是不太合理 強迫我選visa金融卡
然後再花100元 換掉....
請問這其中是有什麼誤會嗎
