長榮空服員罷工日前回到談判桌上,不過由於長榮資方不願接受工會提出的部分方案,勞
資協商卡關、空服員罷工持續進行中,後續效應引發各界關注。
綠黨桃園市議員王浩宇今(1)天表示,航空業是高資本、低利潤的產業,這幾年油料費
用高、客運競爭壓力大,是利潤最低的營業項目。也因此,大多數的航空公司,都是用貨
運的收入來彌補客運虧損,例如2017年長榮航空的單位載貨收益(FTK)為6.73元、單位
旅客收益(RPK)僅剩2.02元,在收益上就有很大的差異。
王浩宇說,而最近因為中美貿易大戰的關係,國際航空貨運的狀況其實不是很好,載貨率
下降的非常明顯。在客運不賺錢、貨運又生意不好的狀況下,航空公司其實是少飛就能虧
越少,卻又礙於民航法規不能不飛。
也因此,這次罷工長榮帳面上看來是營收減少,但同時也可以趁機減少不賺錢的航線班機
、節省人事、燃油等成本,王浩宇認為,看似傷害公司利益,或許反而幫長榮省錢。「這
也難怪長榮越踩越硬,恐怕很難再妥協了」。
