跟我推銷的業務員
跟保單上的名字不一樣
買的時候中了大絕(終身醫療快停賣囉)
沒仔細看業務員名字就簽名了
買了之後需要找人諮詢跟理賠事宜
才知道我手上的變成孤兒保單了
之前跟我接洽的不接手機
輾轉才連繫上我保單上的那位業務員
為了得到我需要的服務
搞得我快累死了
我罵了那業務員一頓
我告訴他:我知道保險會賺佣金
不過那是你們付出服務應得的
我也不會想計較這些
但是請你搞清楚,保險是服務業,不是製造業
balabala......................
接著我打電話到客服,告訴他我要換業務員
客服跟我說三商不能換業務員
接著客服問我,是我的業務員服務不好嗎?
從來沒見過面,唯一通過的電話是我主動打電話給他的那一次
這樣的服務算好嗎?
保險這麼專業的東西
為什麼會被做爛了
為什麼台灣人愛買保險,因為習慣被恐嚇
為什麼台灣人討厭保險業務員,就是因為這些爛咖
我很尊敬各行各業專業的人士
但是某些老鼠屎實在令人作嘔
請問,真的不能換業務員嗎?
我實在無法忍受保戶尋求服務還要歷經千辛萬苦這種鳥事
更不想再跟那位業務員接洽
