小弟的渣打PHS聯名卡
本來只拿來扣phs的電話費
因為PHS在高雄已死 已經幾個月沒有扣款了
所以今年的"普卡"年費標準年刷12次 無法達到
這個月帳單收到要繳1200年費
打電話去跟客服人員斡旋的時候
1.他先說 要扣紅利點數48000點 才可折抵1200元
我斷然拒絕 並請他幫我詢問可否免費折抵
(其實我渣打卡還有90幾萬紅利點數還沒用完 文章 #1DuXn1uP )
2.接著聽了一段音樂後 他便說 可以免繳本期帳單年費
另外又鼓勵刷卡 2個月內 不限金額3筆 現金回饋100元
心得: 跟一開始要扣紅利點數48000點 才可折抵年費差很多呀
另外 即使不給我抵年費 我也會去繳1200 因為還有90幾萬紅利點數還沒用完 @@
