興櫃鋰電池廠商有量科技（5233）日前公告，說明泰國Energy Absolute Public Company
自107年2月26日起至4月16日止以每股新台幣80元公開收購該公司普通股相關事宜。
公開收購人泰國Energy Absolute Public Company為泰國太陽能、風力發電再生能源廠，
也是東南亞再生能源領導廠商之一，由於看好被收購公司在高功率電池關鍵材料配方及電
池儲能技術，有利於公開收購人擴展電廠儲能，同時使被收購人現有電動二輪車及儲能業
務持續擴張，以雙方優勢互補擴大電池相關事業，加碼投資拉高持股比重。
3.心得/評論：
距離4/16只剩20天
以目前價位不扣手續費一張約賺1100左右，約1.44%
大戶都吃完肉了散戶只好喝湯
比最近的冠科、百略還有肉
只是這是興櫃股不好買，要掛賣價才買的到
唯一風險是沒收購到最低數量2513張(5%)
基本上不怕發生像療養院事件重演，這檔有銀行履保金
