銀行業者背負龐大的商用房地產壞帳,美國商用房地產市場風暴正在醞釀。
孟格受訪時指出,在房地產價格下滑時,銀行充斥著不良商用房地產貸款。儘管如此,孟
格表示,狀況沒有像2008年那麼糟。
波克夏過去不乏在動盪時期援助銀行業者的經驗,但自美矽谷銀行和標誌銀行相繼倒閉以
來,波克夏一直作壁上觀。
