這波股災，
兇手不是武漢肺炎，
而是油價崩盤，
OPEC 與俄羅斯減產喬不攏，
阿拉伯就乾脆玉石俱焚，
自己降價+增產，
逼俄羅斯重返談判桌，
但最終目標還是想打擊美國頁岩油商，
油商是共和黨的支持者，
川普要尋求連任，
就需要有油商支持，
猜測川普近期會有動作護油價，
也會看到OPEC 重新展開談判，
只要油價止穩，
就還沒進入熊市，
如果油價跌倒開採成本每桶25美元以下，
就熊市確定。
