今天新聞看到老謝的貼文有感而發
去年永豐就已經逐漸淡化何壽川家族企業色彩，可以看到永豐集團的成長
今年可說是全面退出，交給專業經理人去治理公司
這個在未來的表現上應該是可以預期的
反觀現在東元集團接班大亂鬥，現在的永豐可以算是順利地向前邁進
包括去年受到疫情影響的申豐，逐漸在市面上露面的元太電子紙
最近也看到永豐餘轉型成非塑供應商，都是一步步的前進並成長
一個長久的家族企業可以做出這樣的決定我認為是為整體公司著想啦
給專業經理人去治理，有了更多的想法碰撞，也能為公司產生好的化學反應
目前整體來說永豐集團是有在進步的
但能不能做到像何壽川家族這樣的決定
我想應該是很多家族企業需要去思索的
畢竟大大們應該也看過不少因為家族接班導致內鬥，最後公司治理出問題的企業吧！
