來回報一下如果上月帳單為0會發生什麼事。
我的結帳日是每月5號，7/30有海外消費一筆，
但店家直到8/6才請款，因此8月份帳單為0元。(7月份有扣繳成功)
可以看到，最下面那筆被歸到9月份的「未出帳單明細」

這筆的描述是「大戶通路」，以此案來說是外幣加碼的5%。
886×5%=44.3 -> 44，金額正確。

依照本板 #1TQG3vFl 所言，上期沒有觸發自動扣繳的話，
我只會拿到「大戶國外」的2%，加碼的扣繳1%跟外幣5%都沒有。
結果卻是只拿到5%，而不見國外2%跟扣繳1%，
怎樣都想不通... = =a
